We are delighted to be organising our next GBIHPBA meeting which will take place from the 20 - 21 April 2023 in Leeds, Yorkshire. This scientific meeting is aimed for both consultants and trainees, which will also include an update in the management of HPB Cancers, debates on controversial topics and also a focus on surgical outcomes. The evidence for the role of liver transplantation in the oncological management of HPB cancers are also presented.  In addition, there will also be multi-disciplinary team discussions and management of complex cases. With the increase in robotic and laparoscopic surgery, lectures on specific themes are discussed. A tremendous amount of effort has gone into ensuring an educational programme that includes a wide range of topics are discussed in this meeting.

The GBIHPBA Committee would like to invite abstracts for submission for the GBIHPBA 2023 Meeting taking place on the 20 - 21 April 2023. 

The abstracts accepted for presentation will be in the following categories:

• Poster
• Video
• Oral

Please note that if your abstract submission is accepted for presentation at the GBIHPBA Meeting, you will be required to register to attend and present your abstract.

Registration for GBIHPBA 2023 is now open. 

UK based delegates

Please note that the full meeting registration rate includes the following:

• Registration for the full two day meeting (Thursday 20th - Friday 21st  April) including refreshments
• One night's hotel accommodation (Thursday 20 April)
• Entrance to the GBIHPBA Gala Dinner (Thursday 20 April).

We are offering day only meeting registration rates for those who wish to attend the meeting element only and do not require accommodation or the gala dinner. 

If you are an AUGIS / GBIHPBA Member, you will need to include your Membership number when registering to view the membership registration rate which is relevant to you.
